Q. Where do I turn in my immunization records?
A. Immunization records must be mailed in or hand delivered to the Immunization Department on campus. You can obtain more information regarding their office hours and mailing address here.
Q. How do I view/pay my student account?
A. Student Accounts offers a variety of ways to make payments towards your account. Look here.
Q. How do I get a parking pass?
A. Parking passes can be obtained through Parking and Transportation Services. For details, please visit their website.
Q. I have Advance Placement credits that need to be applied to my student record. Who do I see about this?
A. The Admissions department, located on the first floor of the Cato building, will be able to assist with questions regarding Advanced Placement credit. For your convenience, a complete list of transferable AP credit is viewable here.
Q. I’m a new Transfer student. Will my AP credits that were applied to my previous college transcripts be transferred to UNC Charlotte?
A. No. You must request new scores from College Board to be sent directly to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, UNC Charlotte, 9201 University City Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28223 where AP scores are processed.
Q. My residency status is out-of-state. How do I get this updated?

Q. Where is the bookstore?
A. The campus bookstore, Barnes & Noble, is located in the Student Union.
Q. Where do I get my Student ID made?
A. Student IDs are made in the 49er ID Card Office.
Q. I need verification that I am enrolled at UNC Charlotte. Where can I get this?

Q. My parents are not able to get information about my student account, financial aid or academic record. What do I need to do so these offices can speak with them?
A. Students can grant view access to their academic records through the Guest Access Portal (GAP) and provide guests a 'passphrase' to mention to offices as proof of authorization. Please see the information here.
