Parts of Term (P.O.T.)

UNC Charlotte offers courses for the full Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters, as well as varying lengths within each semester. Each term has specific start and end dates, drop/add periods, and refund deadlines.

In Summer 2020, the University moved to a single summer term with a full summer term and two half terms (First Half and Second Half). Edits are still being made to departments feeds or reports from Banner. Please consult with the originator of those feeds or reports, if edits are necessary.  The xxxx50 and xxxx70 term codes are no longer active.  The summer term code is now xxxx60.
